Helping you let go of the pressure—and come home to yourself.

Do you ever feel like you’re doing everything—managing work or school, showing up for your family, trying to keep your relationships afloat—but still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or just not “enough”? Maybe you overthink every decision, afraid of letting someone down. I get it—I've been there too.

Becoming a therapist wasn’t just a career choice for me. I’ve always been the one people turned to, especially growing up in a space where mental health wasn’t openly talked about. My own experiences of feeling unseen made me deeply curious about emotions, relationships, and the pain we carry quietly. That’s why I’ve created the kind of space I wish more of us had—where all parts of you are welcome, and your story is met with compassion, not judgment. Together, we’ll work at your pace to make therapy feel meaningful and empowering.

Why Work with Me:

I know what it’s like to feel a little lost in your own story—and how powerful it can be when someone truly sees and understands you. My healing journey started when I began to care for the younger version of myself, question old family patterns, and figure out who I really am. I grew up in a Brown household, so I get how hard it can be to balance family expectations with what you want. Maybe you’ve been told things like “what will people say?” or felt pressure to be the “good kid” even when it didn’t feel right inside. These are the kinds of patterns I had to unlearn—and I help my clients do the same. Everyone has their own walks of life, and I prioritize creating a space where you feel seen.

The Space You’ve Been Looking For:

  • I’m here to get to know you—not the labels, not the expectations, but the real you, in your own words and at your own pace.

  • A culturally rooted approach that understands the pressures of growing up in immigrant families, navigating mental health in silence, and balancing tradition with self-expression, especially for South Asian, racialized, and first-gen youth and couples Helping with high-conflict, Neurodivergent Individuals, Teens, Youth and Couples.

  • Support for high-conflict couples, neurodivergent teens and young adults, and those navigating burnout, identity confusion, or feeling emotionally stuck in their relationships or personal lives.

  • Guidance for couples who feel more like roommates than partners, who are healing from ruptures like infidelity or emotional distance, or who simply want to learn how to really hear and be heard again.

  • Tools and strategies grounded in EFT, Gottman Method, CBT, DBT, IFS, trauma-informed care and more.

What to Expect

Finding the right therapist is a powerful first step in your healing journey. I’m a warm, bubbly, and genuine therapist who offers a space where you can feel safe, seen, and never judged. In our first sessions, I’ll take the time to really get to know you—your story, relationships, struggles, and strengths.

You don’t need the perfect words or to have it all figured out. Our sessions will meet you where you are. Sometimes we’ll sit with tough emotions; other times we’ll find moments of laughter and lightness. Whether you're navigating identity, intimacy, anxiety, or ADHD, I’ll support you with curiosity, care, and emotional attunement—because healing starts with understanding not just the “what,” but the “why.”

My Personal Highlights

  • Travelling and exploring new places is my go-to reset — it helps me feel refreshed, inspired, and like I can breathe a little easier.

  • I’m a total foodie at heart — whether I’m cooking something cozy at home or checking out the small, family-owned spot around the corner. I believe food is one of the best ways to connect with others and explore culture. And yes, you're always welcome to bring your favourite comfort food or snacks into session!

  • I enjoy listening to crime and therapy podcasts, and I prefer shows over movies because I love watching characters evolve and grow throughout a season
