Who We Are
Voyage is a relationship-focused practice grounded in compassion, inclusivity, diversity and evidence-based care. Our work centers on emotional connection, trust, and the belief that healing happens in the context of secure, attuned relationships.
We specialize in helping clients navigate communication breakdowns, emotional wounds, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Our client base is diverse, and we’re committed to anti-oppressive, culturally responsive care.

All positions are part-time/Full-time and require a minimum of 2 in-person shifts per week at our office in High Park, Toronto.
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Counselling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field (completed)
Fully registered with CRPO (RP) or OCSWSSW (RSW)
Formal training in at least one evidence-based relational model (e.g., EFT, Gottman, PACT, IFS, EMDR)
2–3 years of clinical experience
Comfortable with both in-person and virtual therapy
Strong clinical judgment, written and verbal communication
Organized and self-directed, with good time management
Professional liability insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with: ADHD, Perinatal Mental Health, Sex Therapy, High-Conflict Couples, Somatic based Therapy
Familiarity with: Attachment theory, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, somatic practices
Fluency in a second language is an asset (Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, Mandarin, Farsi, etc.)

Minimum 15 client hours/week
Must include:
One evening shift (3–9 pm)
One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
Compensation: $99–$108/hr depending on experience and role

Practicum Opportunities – Now Accepting for January 2026
Are you a graduate student looking for a rich, supportive practicum site?
Voyage Therapy is currently accepting practicum applications for Jan 2026. We offer mentorship and clinical opportunities for students passionate about relational, trauma-informed therapy.
You’ll receive:
Supervised experience with individuals and (when appropriate) couples
Exposure to relational, attachment-based, and emotionally-focused therapy
Observation, peer consultation, and reflective supervision
A warm, collaborative environment to develop your therapeutic identity
