You don’t need to relive the pain to begin healing from it.

I’m Harpreet Saini (she/her), a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with individuals and couples feeling emotionally stuck—whether in their relationships, within themselves, or from the weight of past experiences they can’t quite shake.

I became a therapist because I truly believe that even the smallest shifts in our inner world can ripple outward—changing not just how we relate to ourselves, but how we show up in our families, our communities, and our relationships.

Growing up in a brown family and living across cultures, I understand the unspoken pressure to fit into everyone else’s expectations while trying to stay connected to your own truth. I know how complicated it can feel to untangle your identity from cultural messaging, to rebuild self-worth, or to hold space for your needs in a world that may have taught you not to have them.

Why Work with Me

In my work, I help clients gently explore the stories they’ve inherited about love, connection, and success—the ones shaped by family, culture, and media—and ask: What actually feels true for you?

Together, we define what a healthy, meaningful relationship looks like—not someone else’s version of “ideal,” but one that reflects your values, your needs, and your way of loving.

Clients often come to me when they are:

  • • Struggling in their relationships—feeling distant, unheard, or stuck in painful conflict

  • • Carrying trauma, PTSD, or distressing memories that feel unresolved

  • • Facing emotional overwhelm—anxiety, anger, or sadness that’s hard to regulate

  • • Moving through identity shifts, life transitions, or disconnection from self

With specialized training in EMDR, I help clients safely process trauma and emotional triggers—without having to relive them in detail. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and always tailored to what feels right for you.

What to Expect

Finding the right therapist can be challenging, and I work from a multicultural lens to meet you where you are. In our sessions, I create a warm, bubbly, and non-judgmental space where we can unpack the different layers of life: your emotions, triggers, past experiences, and relationship patterns. Together, we explore these patterns, reflect on what matters most to you, and build a strong “map” to navigate your relationships and life with greater understanding, connection, and resilience.
