Supporting You Through Life’s Complexities With Compassion and Clarity
I am a therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating the messy, meaningful parts of life—whether that’s anxiety, burnout, cultural identity, or relationship struggles. I became a therapist not just through books, but through lived experience and deep curiosity about how we cope, connect, and heal—especially in the relationships and cultures that shape us
As a South Asian therapist, I understand firsthand the weight of cultural expectations, the quiet toll of intergenerational pressure, and the silence that often surrounds mental health. In our work together, you don’t have to explain “the look” your parents gave you or why certain topics remain taboo, we start from a shared understanding. This allows us to go deeper, with safety and trust.
Why Work with me
If you’re someone who tends to carry a lot quietly—whether it’s cultural pressure, relationship tension, family roles, or just everyday stress—I get it.
I’ve worked in many different places—hospitals, universities, community organizations, and private practice—and all of those experiences have shaped how I show up in therapy: grounded, present, and fully here for you.
I support people navigating:
Relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, or trust issues
Anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, and feeling “not enough”
Intergenerational wounds, family pressure, and identity confusion, depression
Life transitions, grief, or moments when things just feel heavy
In our work together, we will:
Unpack stressors that impact your emotional well-being
Notice patterns from the past that keep showing up in the present
Build tools for anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm
Strengthen emotional regulation, resilience, and self-worth
Create healthier boundaries and more connected relationships
What to Expect
Therapy with me is relational and non-judgmental. My goal is to create a safe space where we can move at your pace while also challenging stuck points, celebrating growth, and making space for all emotions.
I bring my full self into the work: not just as a therapist, but as someone who has walked through many of the same cultural and systemic challenges. I will sit with you in your discomfort, celebrate your small wins, and highlight your inner strengths.
